I absolutely love Spanx but this will be my last order. Your customer service is and will be your downfall. It is not oriented for assisting the customer but leaving the customer to figure the situation out. I placed an order was to come off my Afterpay account billed my cc. Within minutes I attempted to contact you to assist. Finally got someone in 20 mins and was told there was nothing that could be done. Order couldn’t be modified nor cancelled. I work in IT what type of system are you working on??? Where do they do this??? Answer: Spanx. You’re taking our money at any cost and no resolution for us. Consider this Your last gift , you got me!!! I’m done with this customer service which isn’t cheap too bad I love Spanx everything. I’ll try to get it at the outlets. What Absolute shame. When you offer better customer service I may shop with you again.

I have had excellent experiences with Spanx products. All the clothes fit me well, and I get compliments. The one time I had to return a bra, there was no hassle. Not sure why all the bad reviews, but they are mostly about the delivery or return process, not the clothes. I have only had good experiences with this company.

Again, the negative reviews surprise me. While items are pricey, I find the quality to be excellent, and my experience with Spanx Customer Service was great. The Spanx boxer briefs are almost the best boxer briefs I've ever worn. If the waistband ever gets redesigned to prevent it from rolling (and I'm not a large-framed guy), I will purchase several additional pairs.

Spanx sell real clothes now! Someone (an influencer on instagram, cringe) recommended their 'perfect' pant as the most wonderful work trousers and I decided to order them. They were delivered fast, with delivery updates throughout. The pants are rather wonderful - I am delighted with this new discovery. And keen to try out more of their non underwear stuff!

Petite sizes about 5 inches too long for someone normally too tall to wear petite. I love their leggings, and wanted to try out their pants. Ridiculously expensive, especially when I'm going to have to hem them myself.

I had an issue with 2 day shipping and placing my order after 12 pm because that bumps it up to three day shipping, but at the cost of 2 day shipping. But it's not stated on the Spank's shipping options. I call to see if they'll pay half of the two day shipping? No we won't ma'am. But I'll cancel your order. Wow! Great compromise customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STEPHANIE AT SPANX WAS TERRIBLE AT RESOLVING ISSUES WITH ORDER ISSUES. COULDNT FINDY ORDERS. WOULD NOT CANCEL A DOUBLE ORDER. WAS OVERCHARGED. RECIEVED INCORRECT SIZES AND COLORS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible. I sent a birthday present in November.It's now January and they shipped to wrong address twice. This will be the third time trying to ship a birthday present. Dont use their online order system. The refund policy is horrible. They do not refund until they recteive the item back which takes weeks to receive. So many other companies now make Spanx like items. It's not worth the hassle to order from Spanx

Worst customer service EVER. They will not refund me for three items even though final sale language was not written on the items or in the cart. I'm a savvy consumer and would never miss these mentions — and since I'm a first-time customer, I'd never buy a brand at final sale. They will not make an exception, even for a first-time customer. They just repeat the same "we can't" language over and over. Frustrating. Plus those items are selling for full price on the site again. It benefits them to refund me so they can resell. The fact that they don't see the logic in that, and won't do the right thing at the holidays, ensures I'll never order from them again. Garbage company. Cheap materials. And don't even get me started on how crazy screwed up the sizing is. I've never had to order up two sizes from any brand. Total scam and joke.

One of the worst consumer experiences ever. I ordered something online and the order had the wrong shipping address and name. I called the customer service line less than 5 minutes later, verified my name and order, and they still can't modify the shipping address and name! I wasn't asking to cancel my order! Just update the freaking address and name!

Be very careful if you order anything from Spanx. It costs $10 if you need to return an item!! I’ve never had to pay for a return with any other online clothing store .

I have purchase three of their Faux Suede Leggings and I have to say the fit is on point. For tall/long legs, Spanx has stepped up. Each year the color changes and don't stick around for long. Last year, I purchase the Camel and Chocolate, this year I have the Caramel and plan to purchase the Navy. They also have the Flare Leg style which is longer 34"/36" inseam which I have to get in Black. I have always loved Spanx Tummy control under garments and now that same technology is in their outer wear, my closet could not look better. I have read reviews for plus size and petite to which I cannot sympathize because for years Tall clothing has been hard to come by but Spanx is doing their thing (although slowly) and I'm loving it.

I just went through a nightmare experience with Spanks. I'm 5'2" and generally wear a size 21/22 or 2X or 3X. I ordered several pairs of thier Flare Jeans in 2X and 3X Petite in black and white. I also purchased Thinstincts 2.0 Open-Bust Mid-Thigh Bodysuit in 3X. I was hopeful and really excited to receive my purchase! Well, I was unable to get either the 2X or 3X pants over my hips, and the length was at least 3" longer than my inseam. As for the bodyshaper, forget about it. That wasn't going to fit me either. Spanx, you have no idea what a petite plus size womans body is. And for my plus size sisters, stay away from Spanx, unless perhaps you're a smaller plus size girl. It's fairly depressing trying to look good as a plus size woman.

I purchased a Spanx Bra-llelujah front closure bra a little over a year ago. I haven’t worn it very often due to working at home and staying at home (COVID). I loved this bra until last week when the front clasp broke. For the price of this bra and the supposed quality, I am quite surprised and disappointed at the plastic clasp which I had a feeling would break. Of course, it is past return eligibility and the company offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase but I am now in the position of having to go to a seamstress to replace the clasp with a more durable metal one. I would not recommend this bra until they change the quality of the clasp.

Ordered item 2 weeks ago, paid for 3-5 business day delivery and still waiting. Wish FedEx was not used as shipping carrier. Have to wait one month before initiating a credit. Didn't realize Spanx was so negligent as a company with very little respect for customers. Glad there are plenty of other companies to choose from for these types of items.
